Community Rules
1.The structure of the Community will be like Pyramid, at the top of which the Chief of the Community will be positioned.
2.Under direct vigilance of the Chief, there will be utmost 10 fellows and the Chief will be named as ‘NISA’ , which is the abbreviation of ‘Neo-Indian Spiritual Amender’ .
3.The 10 fellows who will be placed under direct governance of ‘NISA’ will be named as ‘NISAG’, abrv of ‘Neo-Indian Spiritual Amending General ‘.
4.Under every ‘NISAG’, there can be utmost 20 fellows, each of them will be termed as ‘NISAO’, abrv of ‘Neo-Indian Spiritual Amending Officer’.
5.Under supervision of each ‘NISAO’, there can be 20 fellows , whom will be called after as ‘NISAM’, abrv of ‘Neo-Indian Spiritual Amending Member’.
6.Under each ‘NISAM’, there can be maximum of 20 fellows , who will be termed as ‘NISANE’, or ‘Neo-Indian Spiritual Amending New Entrant’.
7.If there is any need to insert any new position, the authority of the same is awarded to the ‘NISA’ discreetly and the authority hereby is provided to make the insertion within ‘NISAM’ and ‘NISANE’ only.
8.Community hereby awards permission for appointing NISAG to NISA, NISAO to NISAG, NISAM to NISAO, and NISANE to NISAM,
9.Community declares about this appointment to be permissible among friends, colleagues, family relatives, or whosoever whom the authorized recruiter knows by person, and it is also normalized to make the appointment of new members feasible only within age group of 18+ to 50 only.
10.Community Forum also declares that such an appointment (as stated in Cl. 9 of Community Rules) can then only be regarded to be lawful, when the recruiter and his/her reporting officer has duly signed the appointment format (Form A) with due approval of Authorized Signatories of NiSAS (As declared in Cl. 3 of Incorporation Details and Cl.1 of respective FY in Operation Details).
11.It is hereby declared that there is no retirement age from NiSAS. However, one can resign anytime after noticing (Form R) to the due authority (As declared in Cl. 15 of Society Working Process), and no resigned member can rejoin the organization at any of its heads (to address resignation on different grounds refer Grievance Handling Clauses)
12.It is declared that the inheritor of the present NiSA will be the most efficient NiSAG, whom NiSA and congressed NiSAG members together associated elects to be fir for the post, where Vote of NiSA will be regarded to be 50% of the total vote exerted, and the elected NiSA must be beholding 70% of the total votes allotted, there by the elected future NiSA must be having vote of present NiSA and at least 2 votes from 10 NiSAG’s .
13.The NiSAO, whom his/her senior NiSAG will presume to be efficient will have to be examined by all other NiSAG’s and after passing that evaluation, will have to be pass the scrutiny of NiSA to be promoted to the position of NiSAG, provided that the total count of NISAG must not be more than 10, by any means.
14.To promote a NiSAM to NiSAO, the examination will be conducted by all 10 NiSAG’s together, provided that the count of NiSAO must not exceed the count provided in Cl.4 of Community Rules.
15.To Promote a NiSANE to NiSAM, the examination has to be conducted by the bench of NiSAO’s appointed by the respective NiSAG, who is the direct higher authority of that NiSANE, provide that the count of NiSAM must not exceed the count, as stated in Cl.5 of Community Rules.
16.In All cases of Selection, it will be made lawful only after complete filing of (Form P) and a copy with duly signed is provided to Promoted Member’s Communication Address.
